Ann Deiters, LMSW, NCPsyA is a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

I am a therapist for both individuals and couples. My practice focus is with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD.  My goal is to provide my clients with the ability to understand the obstacles in their lives, and together to explore and develop their strength in order to achieve a healthy sense of self.  I also weave mind/body techniques into my therapy practice.

I received my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and am a member of NASW. I have previously worked at Dorothy Bennett Behavioral Health Clinic/Optimus Healthcare, Family Services of Westchester, and Family Centers.

I received my Psychoanalytic Certification from Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

I am currently offering sessions via phone or telehealth visit. To make an appointment, please email or call 203.434.2996.
